Strange this isn't mentioned in any of the mods.Maybe it's something new from one of the patches?EDIT:okay, I double checked and the built-in unlock milestones mod allowed me to purchase the tiles, which meant I needed unlimited money as well.But I was using this All Tiles Start mod and it didn't need any other mods to unlock all tiles from the start.
